Returns and Exchanges:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Union + Suit wants you to love what you bought. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (excluding the shipping charge).

We accept returned items for a future store credit/exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer.

All sale items are final purchases and are not eligible for returns or exchanges for international orders.

Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to info@unionsuitdet.com at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defective, please email info@unionsuitdet.com  first to receive different shipping instructions.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed or worn items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.

Items will be shipped:

Summer collections will ship 30 days after orders close.  Any questions can be directed to info@unionsuitdet.com.

Shipping Charges:

US Domestic (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): UPS Ground Rates fluctuate and can change at any time. International (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada).

International Shipping Policy:

International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. Union + Suit is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by Union + Suit. We do try to minimize these charges for you by listing the wholesale value of the order on the commercial invoice. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value while minimizing the costs for you. However, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice and something we will not do as an established business.
